Sambal Goreng Tofu Tempe

Sambal Goreng Ingredients:
  • 8 dried chilies*
  • 8 cloves of shallot*
  • 1 inch of galangal*
  • 5 lemon grass*
  • 1 cup of Tempe (small diced)**
  • 1 cup of Tofu (small diced)**
  • ¼ kg small shrimp**
  • 4 fresh red chilies (sliced)**
  • 10 long beans (sliced)
  • ½ cup fried shallot
  • ¾ cup of tamarind juice
  • 100ml of coconut milk
  • Salt and sugar to taste.
**to fry until ¾ cook.
Sambal Goreng Instructions:
Blend all single asterisk* ingredients and sautéed until fragrant. Add tamarind juice. Then add long beans and stir to cook. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Continue to stir until boil. Finally add all double asterisks** ingredients and fried shallots. Stir to mix them well.
